Pat Suarez, Board President, is the owner of EHI Real Estate Advisors; a commercial real estate brokerage specializing in the sale of multifamily and commercial properties in the Puget Sound region. Pat lives in the Mt. Baker/Leschi neighborhood.

Tom English, Vice President, is Facilities Director with Plymouth Housing Group. Plymouth Housing Group owns and manages 11 affordable housing properties that house over 1000 people.

Arnie Willig, Secretary, is a partner with Hacker, Willig, a Seattle based law firm. Arnie lives in the Mt. Baker/Lakewood neighborhood.

Jill Fleming, Treasurer, is the CFO of Capital Hill Housing, a non-profit affordable housing developer that owns and operates 42 properties in the Seattle area.

Lee Stanton, Director and Past President, is a licensed architect and principal of Stanton Associates, an independent consulting firm focusing on construction/project management in the greater Seattle area. Mr. Stanton was formerly the senior project developer with Intercommunity Housing. He is a resident of the Mt. Baker neighborhood.

Dinah Thoreson, Director, has over 20 years experience in community development lending. Dinah is currently vice president of Community Development Lending with KeyBank. Ms. Thoreson is a resident of Seward Park.

Sandy Lowe, Director, is Vice President of Community Services at Wellspring Family Services; a non-profit social services organization that helps low income and homeless families in the Puget Sound region.  Wellspring Family Services is located in Seattle’s Rainier Valley neighborhood.
